The way you are welcomed to and enter the Houston Barbecue Festival is of paramount importance to the organizers. It sets the tone for the whole guest experience. We will have volunteers welcoming each individual guest. We also plan on having a trussed “Grand Arch” with a large festival banner through which guests will enter the festival venue. The banner and logo will be as high as 10 feet. It will also be a place where guests will take pictures in front of the logo to commemorate their attendance. We are soliciting an exclusive sponsor for this entryway. Your name and logo will be prominently displayed on the banner as “Entryway sponsored by…” Your company name will be featured on all promotional materials as the event’s “Gateway Sponsor” or “Presenting Sponsor.”
Prepared Food Vendor Sponsor

For food vendors who would like to provide samples of their prepared food, we offer this sponsorship. Samples must be provided free-of-charge. Other items like T-shirts and packaged products can be sold. It includes:
- 10×10 booth with a 10×10 covered area in front in case of rain.
- Assistance with Health Department requirements (although you are ultimately responsible for acquiring any permits)
- Inclusion of your company name and logo in festival materials.
- Inclusion of a small sample of your product in VIP goodie bag.
Packaged or Non-Food Sponsor

For packaged food or non-food vendors who would like to provide sell their product at the festival, we offer this sponsorship. It includes:
- 10×10 booth with a 10×10 covered area in front in case of rain.
- Inclusion of your company name and logo in festival materials.
- Inclusion of a small sample of your product in VIP goodie bag.
Non-food Sponsor – Booth Only

For non-food sponsors who wish to have access to guests at the festival, we offer a 10×20 booth space where you can set up your own “store front” to sell your products, engage with customers, and promote your brand.
Non-food Sponsor – Space Only

For non-food sponsors who wish to have access to guests at the festival and wish to use their own tent, signs, and booth materials, we offer a 10×10 plot on festival grounds.
